Northland		Tuesday May 8^th will be held in the Trinity Church hall , Kamo, Whangarei. This will be a combined day with the Whangarei Club. Saturday August 11^th at Valerie Blight’s home in Puketona Rd , Paihia November 3^rd at Evelyn Ashby’s home at 5 Kennedy St, Opua - Christmas meeting January 19^th 2013, at Corrine Ward’s home at 31 Plunket St, Dargaville March 16^th at Evelyn Ashby’s home at 5 Kennedy St, Opua NZMKS knitters from other areas are most welcome. Auckland		Workshops: 10am - 2pm. Bring own lunch. Tea & coffee provided. Bay of Plenty		Meeting Dates for 2012 (all third Saturdays of these months): 16 July is being planned to have a tutor. This is to be advised when confirmed. Wairarapa		The teach-ins are held at The Wool Shed, 12 Dixon Street, Masterton (use side entrance), starting at 9.30 with a cup of tea and the business starting at 10.am, pot luck lunch and finish with a cup of tea at approx 3pm. Teach-In dates are as follows: May 26th, July 21st, September 15th, November 17th.
Wellington		'Teach Ins' start at 1.30 pm prompt. (please advise dates) Lower Hutt meetings are at: Waiwhetu Uniting Church, 6 Trafalgar Street, Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt Porirua meetings are at: Mahinawa Specialist School, 1B Takapuwahia Drive, Elsdon, Porirua We suggest that if anyone intends to come to our meetings that they contact Jean Dougall or Tel: Wellington 04 970 7633 , as Mahinawa is somewhat difficult to find.
Marlborough		Club meeting night is the 2nd Monday in the month, held at 127 A Alabama Road. There are no more day meetings.
Canterbury		Canterbury workshop dates: May 26th Reece room adjoining the Chapel Street Methodist Church Hall 11am - 3pm August 4^th, November 3^rd . Times and venue to be advised Cost NZMKS members $5 non NZMKS members $10 pot luck lunch. The Christchurch Knitting Machine Club meets on the 2^nd Tuesday of the month (February – November) at the St James Presbyterian church hall, Barrington Street, Spreydon, 7.30 – 9pm. Demonstrations are on Brother knitting machines

These weekends are subsidised to all members by the Taranaki Area and make a very cheap weekend of learning, knitting, challenging yourself and socializing. $35.00 including meals.
